How It Works

AsSeenOnTvWholesale brings 3 major things to the table:

  • A large, pre-qualified group of Buyers interested in buying your product in wholesale quantities on your terms in a tightly controlled environment,
  • A highly automated, secure, single-point-of-contact Internet based system that will help you minimize overhead and maximize profit, and

  • We handle all payment and collection eliminating risk and overhead

Here’s How It Works

Buyers apply for membership in our system, which is free to them. We pre-qualify them by verifying that they are bona fide businesses. Once a Buyer is approved we allow them to access our wholesale quantity ordering system.  You have the ability to exclude any buyer from seeing your products.

When Buyers log in to our secure environment, they are presented with a list of products available in wholesale quantities at wholesale prices from our participating Product Marketers. In addition to basic product information, the Buyer also is informed of product availability, shipping methods, minimum quantities, case sizes and quantity discounts in addition to your terms of sale.

Buyers can submit purchase orders to us online or by traditional telephone and/or fax communication.

To submit a Purchase Order for a product, a Buyer selects the product from a list, enters the number of cases desired and confirms terms of purchase and simply clicks a Submit button.

We quality control check the order and you are then notified by email that a new order exists for your consideration. Your authorized employee can log in to your secure area and see and print the new Purchase Order.

You can approve the order with a single click, you can decline the order or you can defer the order for future processing. You can get full information about the Retailer by simply clicking on the Retailer’s name on the Purchase Order and a window will open up showing you all the information you need to make a decision.

When you accept the Purchase Order, we process payment and confirm approval for you to ship.  After shipment, you confirm the ship date and tracking information.  Each time you take action on the Purchase Order the Buyer is notified.  No more phone tag and collection worries.

In the event the Buyer needs to request a valid RMA in compliance with your terms, there is an automated RMA management function that can be initiated by the Buyer for your consideration and approval along with all the appropriate documentation.

All transactions both open and completed are available for your review in your secure log in area.
